Who We Are
Our family has been in the Property Management business for 30 years.
We have designed all our systems we use today. I have worked in the service
side of the industry (taking care of the homes) and the business side
(taking care of the clients). Our company has the success of a large
franchise, but also the personal ownership of a family.
As the Leasing Manager, I serve as the public face of Top Shelf and
am the key liaison between the management office and prospective tenants.
I am committed to building relationships and establishing rapport with
each and every tenant to ensure that residents are informed of changes
and that their home is properly maintained.
I have been in property management for 4 years and the construction industry for over 10 year. I work on building customer
relationship and providing the best customer service possible. I work to strive to make the workplace a friendly environment
to build team moral that can be shared with all our customers and clients. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my
family and going to hockey games.
I have been in property management for over 10 years and the building business almost 10 years. I started in maintenance
and worked my way up to Property Inspector. I make sure all of our properties are of the best quality and safety before a
tenant moves in. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife and children. I like going to the mall
and going to hockey games.
