Who We Are
Our family has been in the Property Management business for 30 years.
We have designed all our systems we use today. I have worked in the service
side of the industry (taking care of the homes) and the business side
(taking care of the clients). Our company has the success of a large
franchise, but also the personal ownership of a family.
As the Leasing Manager, I serve as the public face of Top Shelf and
am the key liaison between the management office and prospective tenants.
I am committed to building relationships and establishing rapport with
each and every tenant to ensure that residents are informed of changes
and that their home is properly maintained.
Here at Top Shelf as my role in being a property inspector it is my job to ensure that our homes are properly maintained above
satisfaction for all of our residents and making sure that each home exceeds city guidelines. My experience in the past
three years being a self contractor greatly influenced my decision of becoming a property inspector. Outside of work
I enjoy working on cars, motorcycles and hanging out with my family and friends.
