Who We Are
Our family has been in the Property Management business for 30 years.
We have designed all our systems we use today. I have worked in the service
side of the industry (taking care of the homes) and the business side
(taking care of the clients). Our company has the success of a large
franchise, but also the personal ownership of a family.
Iesha was born in Minnesota but has been an Iowa resident for two decades. She completed her Liberal Arts degree at DMACC as well as her ECE Program Administrator Certificate from DMACC. She also pursued a BA in Psychology with a minor in Child, Adult & Family Services at Iowa State University. She is an approved Respite provider and loves helping people. Before getting into the real estate industry Iesha helped manage public schools, private schools and preschool centers for 10 years, on top of being a fulltime mom! Iesha not only enjoys finding you a home she wants to make sure it's the home that you want to call home. She will go out of her way to make sure you find the home that you want! Her experience includes property management, investment properties, residential and new construction!
My role as Property Inspector/Maintenance Manager at Top Shelf is to insure all properties are up to city standard and compliant.
From inspections, rental certificates, move-ins, and all the maintenance needs, Im the guy you want to talk to. My background comes
from 3 years of construction, and 6 years maintenance management in Hilton hotels. On my free time I enjoy skydiving, riding motorcycles,
building computers, and taking any vacation i can.
Before beginning my career as an accountant, I earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Iowa. My
responsibilities here at Top Shelf are including inputting invoices, matching invoices to checks, helping people with their
rent questions/concerns, and performing a variety of general accounting tasks. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with
family and friends, cooking, and fishing.
